Public issue of 26,449,982 equity shares of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs. 1050/- per equity share of Oil India Limited ("Oil India", "the company" or "the issuer") aggregating Rs. 2777.25 Crores ("issue"). The issue comprises a net issue to the public of 24,045,438 equity shares ("net issue") and a reservation of 2,404,544 equity shares for subscription by eligible employees (as defined herein) ("Employee Reservation Portion"), at the issue price.
