Public issue of 49,52,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid of Chemtech Industrial Valves Limited ("CIVL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 15/- per equity share (The "Issue Price")(which includes a share premium of Rs. 5/- per equity share), aggregating to Rs. 7.43 crores ("The Issue"), of which 2,80,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by Market Makers to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 46,72,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 43.17% and 40.73%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10/- each and the issue price is Rs. 15/-. The issue price is 1.5 times of the face value.
