Public issue of 18,72,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Anshu's Clothing Limited (The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 27 per equity share (The "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 5.05 crores ("The Issue"), of which, 3,12,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by Market Makers to The Issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion "). The issue less the market maker reservattion portion i.e. Issue of 15,60,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each is hereinafter refered to as the "Net Issue".
