Issue of 56,21,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs.165/- per equity share for cash aggregating Rs.92.75 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the "issue"), including employee reservation of 1,21,500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs.165/- per equity share for cash aggregating Rs.2.00 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the "employee reservation portion").
