Public issue of 40,250,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone limited ("MPSEZ" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.440/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs.430/- per equity share) aggregating to Rs.1771.00 Crores (the "issue"). The issue comprises a net issue of 40,100,000 equity shares to the public and a reservation of 150,000 equity shares for eligible employees (the "employee reservation portion"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 10.05% and 10.01% respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company.
