The offer received bids for 0.57 crore units as against 1.4 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of Fusion CX Ltd IPO received bids for 57,29,697 units as against 1,40,40,000 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:57 IST on Wednesday (14 October 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.41 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 14 October 2026 and it will close on Friday, 16 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 275 per share to 289 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 51 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 202 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 702 crore.
