ESDS Software Solution Ltd IPO subscribed 2.10 times

The offer received bids for 2.60 crore units as against 1.24 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of ESDS Software Solution Ltd IPO received bids for 2,59,78,006 units as against 1,23,52,942 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 20:05 IST on Friday (28 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 2.10 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Friday, 28 August 2026 and it will close on Tuesday, 1 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 408 per share to 429 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 34 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 720 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 720 crore.
