The offer received bids for 0.83 crore units as against 1.77 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of Annu Projects Ltd IPO received bids for 82,74,196 units as against 1,76,83,000 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:47 IST on Wednesday (26 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.47 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Tuesday, 25 August 2026 and it will close on Friday, 28 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 94 per share to 99 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 151 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 175 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 175 crore.
