Augmont Enterprises Ltd IPO subscribed 14.46 times

The offer received bids for 11.16 crore units as against 0.77 crore units on offer. The initial public offer of Augmont Enterprises Ltd IPO received bids for 11,15,94,619 units as against 77,15,999 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 20:12 IST on Monday (24 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 14.46 times. The issue opened for bidding on Friday, 21 August 2026 and it will close on Tuesday, 25 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 750 per share to 788 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 19 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 620 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 205 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 825 crore.
