Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd IPO subscribed 1.45 times

The offer received bids for 36.38 crore units as against 25.14 crore units on offer. The initial public offer of Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd IPO received bids for 36,37,98,000 units as against 25,13,56,273 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:21 IST on Wednesday (19 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 1.45 times. The issue opened for bidding on Monday, 17 August 2026 and it will close on Wednesday, 19 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 57 per share to 60 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 250 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 2,600 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 2,600 crore.
