Sunshine Pictures Ltd IPO subscribed 18.47 times

The offer received bids for 10.13 crore units as against 0.55 crore units on offer. The initial public offer of Sunshine Pictures Ltd IPO received bids for 10,13,11,123 units as against 54,86,051 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:21 IST on Wednesday (19 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 18.47 times. The issue opened for bidding on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 and it will close on Thursday, 20 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 342 per share to 360 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 41 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 172 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 109 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 282 crore.
