Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Ltd IPO subscribed 62.97 times

The offer received bids for 395.22 crore units as against 6.28 crore units on offer. The initial public offer of Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Ltd IPO received bids for 3,95,22,17,604 units as against 6,27,61,403 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:21 IST on Wednesday (19 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 62.97 times. The issue opened for bidding on Monday, 17 August 2026 and it will close on Wednesday, 19 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 190 per share to 201 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 74 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 1,200 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 500 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 1,700 crore.
