Initial public offering of upto 33,50,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs. 170-179 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 160-169 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 56.96-59.97 Crores ("the Issue"). The issue will constitute [*] % of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The issue includes a reservation of up to 3,29,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 5.60-5.90 Crores (constituting up to [*] % of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
