Initial public issue of 4,23,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Shoora Designs Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 48.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 38.00 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 2.03 crores ("The Issue"), of which 27,000 equity shares for cash at a price of Rs. 48.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 38.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.13 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., net issue of 3,96,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 48.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1.90 crores is hereinafter referred to as the ænet issueÆ. the issue and the net issue will constitute 28.23% and 26.42% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
