Public issue of 13,68,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("equity shares") of Ambani Organics Limited ("aol" or the "company") for cash at a price of Rs. 66/- per share (the "issue price"), aggregating to Rs. 9.03 Crores ("the issue") consisting of fresh issue of 12,68,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 8.37 Crores and an offer for sale of 1,00,000 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholder aggregating to Rs. 0.66 Crores ("offer for sale"), of which 72,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 12,96,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.94% and 25.52%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Tha face value of the equity share is Rs.10 each and the issue price is 6.60 times of the face value.
