Public issue of 37,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Tara Chand Logistic Solutions Limited ("company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 55 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs.45 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 20.46 Crores. The issue comprises of 1,92,000 equity shares of face value Rs.. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs.55 per equity share, aggregating to Rs.1.06 Crores which will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of upto 35,28,000 equity shares of face value of Rs..10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 55 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 19.40 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.26% and 25.86% respectively of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10.00 each and the issue price of Rs. 55 is 5.5 times of the face value.
