Initial Public offer consisting of fresh issue of 38,04,000 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each fully paid for cash at a price of Rs. 30 per equity share (the "issue price") (including a share premium of Rs. 20 per equity share) aggregating up to Rs. 11.41 crores (The "issue "), by the company of which 1,96,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 30 per equity share, aggregating Rs. 0.59 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e.issue of 36,08,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. (*)/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. (*) crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will be constitute 29.99% and 28.45% respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of equity shares Rs.10 each.
