Public issue of 22,00,800 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Nitiraj Engineers Limited ("The Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 100/- per share (The "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 22.01 crores ("The Issue"), of which, 1,10,400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
