Public issue of 18,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("equity shares") of CHD Chemicals Limited ("CHD" or the "CHDCL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 11/- per share (the "issue price"), aggregating to Rs. 1.98 Crores ("the issue"), of which, 1,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
