Initial public offering of 3,35,12,901 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each ("Equity Shares") of Five-Star Business Finance Limited (The "Company" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 474 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 473 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. 1588.51 crores (the "Offer") through an offer for sale of 3,35,12,901* equity shares (the "Offer for Sale"), consisting of 28,51,013 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 135.14 crores by SCI Investments v, 1,23,00,802 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 583.06 crores by Matrix Partners India Investment Holdings ii, llc, 206,667* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 9.80 crores by Matrix Partners India Investments ii Extension, llc, 61,80,148 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 292.94 crores* by Norwest Venture Partners x Mauritius and 1,19,74,271 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 567.58 crores by TPG Asia vii SF Pte. ltd.
