Public issue of 10,98,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("equity shares") of Encash Entertainment Limited ("EEL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.40/- per share (the "issue price"), aggregating to Rs. 4.39 crores ("the issue"), of which, 60,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
