Public issue of 34,74,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("equity shares") of Vishal Fabrics Limited ("VFL" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 45/- per share (the "issue price"), aggregating to Rs. 15.63 crores ("the issue"), of which, 1,74,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
