Public issue of 64,30,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Unishire Urban Infra Limited (the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at par, aggregating Rs. 6.43 crores ("the issue"), of which 3,30,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at par, aggregating Rs. 0.33 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market makers to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 61,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 6.10 crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.40% and 25.04% respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
