Public issue of 45,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Esteem Bio Organic Food Processing Limited ("EBOFPL" or The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 25/- per share (The "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 11.25 crores (The "Issue"), of which 7,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by Market Makers to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
