Public issue of 5,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 50/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 40/- per equity share) aggregating upto Rs. 25.00 crores (The "Issue") by the company, of which 834,000 equity shares will be reserved for subscription by Market Maker(s) to the issue ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
