Initial public offer consisting of fresh issue of 45,72,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid for cash at a price of Rs. 55 per equity share (The "Issue Price")(including a share premium of Rs. 45 per equity share) aggregating up to Rs. 25.15 crores (The "Issue"), of which 2,36,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 55/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 1.30 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (The "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 43,36,000 equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 55/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 23.85 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 30% and 28.45% respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of equity shares is Rs.10 each. The issue price is Rs.55 and is 5.5 times the face value of the equity shares.
