Public issue of 3,712,822 equity shares of face value of Career Point Infosystems Limited (The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 310* per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 300 per equity share), aggregating upto Rs. 115.00 crores ("The Issue").
