Public offering of 415,000,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each (The "Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs. 26 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 16 per equity share) of SJVN Limited ("SJVN" or "Company") aggregating up to Rs. 1062.51 crores through an Offer for sale (The "Offer for Sale" or The "Offer") by the President of India acting through the Ministry of Power, Government of India (The "Selling Shareholder"). The Offer comprises a net offer to the public of 411,650,000 equity shares (The "Net Offer") and a Reservation of 3,350,000 equity shares for purchase by eligible employees (The "Employee Reservation Portion") at the offer price. The Offer and net offer shall constitute 10.03% and 9.95 % of the paid-up equity capital of the company, respectively.
