Initial public issue of 14,79,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 96/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 86/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 14.20 crores ("The Issue") of which 74,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 96/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 86/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.71 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 14,05,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 96/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 86/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 13.49 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.00% and 25.64%, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Bids can be made for a minimum of 1200 and in multiples of 1200 equity shares thereafter.
