Public issue of 11,76,000 equity shares of a face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "equity shares") of Trident Texofab Limited("The Company" or "TTL" or "the issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 30/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 20.00 Per equity share) ("issueprice") aggregating to Rs. 3.53 Crores ("the issue") of which 64,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.19 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 11,12,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each at an issue price of Rs. 30.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 3.34 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 29.43% and 27.83%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the Company The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10.00 each and the issue price of Rs. 30.00 is 3.0 times of the face value.
