Initial public offering of 5,433,016 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "equity shares") of Monte Carlo Fashions Limited (MCFL" or "the companyö or "the issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 645 per equity share (the "offer price"), through an offer for sale by the selling shareholders aggregating up to Rs. 350.43 crores (the "offer").
