Issue of 95,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs.68 per equity share for cash aggregating Rs. 64.60 crores (hereinafter referred to as the "issue"), including employee reservation of 2,50,000 equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 68 per equity share for cash aggregating Rs. 1.70 crores (hereinafter referred to as the "employee reservation portion"). The issue less the employee Reservation portion shall be 92,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (hereinafter referred to as the "net Issue to the public").
