Initial public offer of 45,87,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Shivam Chemicals Limited ("SCL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 44 per share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating Rs. 20.18 crores ("The Issue"), of which 2,31,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market <Maker Reservation Portion").
