Initial public offer of 57,99,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of the company at an issue price of Rs. 108/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 98/- per equity share) for cash, aggregating to Rs. 62.64 crores ("Public Issue") out of which 2,97,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 108/- per equity share for cash, aggregating to Rs. 3.21 crores was reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 55,02,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 108/- per equity share for cash, aggregating to Rs. 59.42 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue".
