Intial public of 8,68,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Ascensive Educare Ltd ("The Issuer" or "The Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 26 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 16 per share) (The "Issue Price") aggregating Rs. 2.26 crores (The "Issue") of which 44,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 26 per equity share aggregating Rs. 0.11 crores will be reservd for subscription by the market maker (The "Maret Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservtion portion i.e. issue of 8,24,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each for a cash at a price of Rs. 26 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 2.14 crores (is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.05% and 25.68% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 each and the issue price is Rs. 26. The issue price is 2.6 times of the face value. Bids can be made for a minimum of 4000 equity shares and in multiples of 4000 equity shares thereafter.
