Initial public offering of 17,111,111 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "equity shares") of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (The "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 270 per equity share (including share premium of t 260 per equity share) (the "offer price") aggregating to Rs. 462.00 crores(the "offer") comprising a fresh issue of 11,111,111 equity shares by our company aggregating to Rs. 300.00 crores (the "fresh issue") and an offer for sale of 6,000,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 162.00 million by the selling shareholders, Including 1,000,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 27.00 crore by Mr. Harendra Sngh, 1,000,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 27.00 crores by Vijendra Singh. 1.000.000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 27.00 crores by Girish Pal Singh, (together the "promoter selling shareholders") and 3,000,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 81.00 crores by mr. Hodal singh (the "promoter group selling shareholder** and together with the "promoter selling shareholdersö as the "selling shareholders") ("offer for sale"). The offer constitutes 26.26% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10 each and the offer price is Rs. 270 per equity share, which is 27 times the face value of the equity shares
