Public issue of 18,12,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Suyog Telematics Limited ("STL" or The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 25/- per share (The "Issue Price"), aggregating to ` 4.53 crores ("The Issue"), of which, 1,08,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
