Public offer of up to 29,800,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited ("company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 218 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 208 per equity share) aggregating up to Rs. 649.64 crores ("offer") comprising a fresh issue of up to 11,600,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 252.88 crores and an offer for sale of up to 18,200,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders (As Defined in the RHP), including one of the promoters, Dr. BS Ajai Kumar, Aggregating Up to Rs. 396.76 Crores.
