Public Issue of 269,821,236 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of JSW Energy Ltd ("JSWEL" or The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 100/- per equity share (Including a share premium of Rs. 90/- per equity share) for the QIB and Non Institutional Bidders and at a price of Rs. 95/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs.85/- per equity share) for the retail individual bidders aggregating to Rs. 2700.00 crores (The "Issue").
