Public Issue of 26,666,667 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each (The "Equity Shares") of Parabolic Drugs Limited ("The Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 75 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 65 per equity share) aggregating to up to Rs. 200.00 crores (The "Issue"). The issue comprises a net issue of 26,166,667 equity shares and a reservation of 500,000 equity shares for subscription by eligible employees (The "Employee Reservation Portion"). The issue comprises a fresh issue of 24,640,965 equity shares by the company and an offer for sale of 2,025,702 equity shares by BTS India Private Equity Fund Limited and Alden Global Mauritius Limited (together, the "Selling Shareholders"). The Issue will constitute 43.09% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. Issue Price: Rs. 75 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
