Further public offering of 16,363,636,363* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Vodafone Idea Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 11 per equity share (including a premium of Re. 1 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. 18000.00 crores* by way of a fresh issue (the "Offer").
